There are a wealth of interesting and historic places to visit:- the city of Wells with its Cathedral as well as Glastonbury, Bath, Yeovil, Taunton and Frome.

Museums, including the Haynes Motor Museum at Sparkford and the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton, Cheddar and Wookey Hole Caves, Longleat Safari Park, Clarks Outlet Village for shopping.
Famous Wetlands on the Somerset Levels with their tradition of basket making.
10 minutes from Royal Bath and West Showground.

National Trust Gardens and houses including Stourhead and Montacute.
About an hour's drive to north Somerset and South Dorset coasts.
Many good pubs with good food close at hand.

We are also within easy reach of Sherborne, Bruton, Millfield and Downside schools.

The Bruton Festival of Arts events take place in a 'Summer Fortnight' around May/June, consisting of Art Exhibition, Workshops and Packhorse Fair.
